I am a registered nutritional therapist and health coach and I offer individualised 1 to 1 programmes and group workshops for increasing health and vitality. With over 20 years’ experience I have helped people over a range of ages and varying conditions.

Having great nutrition on a daily basis coupled with supportive lifestyle practices is probably the most powerful thing you can do whatever your age for healthy ageing.

Today, many of our health problems are chronic and lifestyle based. Key findings from 2 population based studies in September 2017 discovered that more than 49% of people over 65 were on 5 or more medications a day and there were concerns about the dangers of over prescription. I regularly see clients on medication who have benefitted greatly by using natural nutrition and positive lifestyle choices for their health.

You do have real choices about how to handle your health and there are lots of answers for everyone.
