These are a lovely, healthy alternative to shop-bought lollies

Raspberry & Coconut Ice lolly recipe


  • 300g raspberries
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 1tbsp runny honey

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth purée. Pour into ice lolly moulds, add the lolly sticks and freeze overnight.
